How do I request/schedule an evaluation?

Do you accept insurance?

In addition to private pay, we accept Highmark insurance, with authorization. We can also provide you with a Superbill, that you can submit to your other insurance.

Where do you provide services?

We provide in-home services, within a radius of South Hills communities (centered on the Brookline neighborhood of Pittsburgh: Beechview, Carrick, Dormont, Green Tree, Mt Lebanon, etc. List of communities is not exhaustive and not a guarantee of service radius; I will need to map your address before arranging services to determine feasibility).

We can also arrange meet you at community-based locations, if both parties are in agreement that they offer an appropriate level of privacy (meeting rooms in libraries, community centers, etc.).

Is an initial evaluation required?

If you are submitting through insurance, then yes. A recent evaluation provides information that is necessary for supporting your child. That said, if you are a private pay client, and have a recent evaluation from another therapist or school; a new evaluation may not be necessary.
